How to Book

To book your tour, please download the application form (Microsoft Word format) by right-clicking here.

Please print the application form, fill it out completely, and email it back to us as shown on the form.  We will contact you by phone or e-mail as soon as we receive it.

To hold a spot on a Tartaruga Tour, a deposit of Euro 350 per person is required.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellation Fees

From time of deposit to final payment: non-refundable deposit.

From time of final payment to tour departure:

• 90 to 120 days - 75% refund of final payment
• 90 to 61 days - 50% refund of final payment
• 60 days - non-refundable
